Could you please explain to me why you think you can`t draw with watercolours? O-o The colouring in this piece is awesome! Just look at the folds..bwoah.
Not only the colouring, the composition as well, also the woman. She`s absolutely gorgeous, I especially like her face and hair.
Drawing people sitting has always been extremely hard for me, but you seem to do fine, you got the proportions and the pose right.

I would have to say that my favorite part of this entire picture is her shoes. They're perfect, proportion-wise and especially shape-wise. A lot of people on Deviantart (especially myself), and even some of the better artists can't draw shoes very well at all. But those look perfect. I luff them.
I'm astounded by the way you do fabric. There's a lot of variation in the lines and folds, so it looks very realistic. < 333
Overall, this is a brilliant piece. You put a lot of effort into it (especially considering it's watercolors), and it really paid off. I think I will stalk you now. <3
