There are slicktop Los Angeles PD Ford Crown Victoria's. I normally call these units "gang units", and some of these are with pushbumpers (PB-200). These units have no partition in the cars (I saw a photo of the slicktop and they do not have them!). These have interior lights, and they have steady burns. Here is a unit in action. Same with LAPD detectives. There's one thing I found interesting: there are some slicktops with the trunk number "41" , denoting the LAPD Metro Division.
