Must be Link Summoned and cannot be summoned other ways. You can only control 1 "Xenogenome Stealer - Parrot Dragon "Abactor"". Once per turn, you can discard 1 card; add 1 "Xenogenome" Spell from your GY to your hand, but for the rest of the turn, you cannot summon nor use the effects of monsters, except "Xenogenome" Fusion Monsters. If this card is destroyed while you have at least 1 "Xenogenome Fossil" monster in your GY, special summon that monster in face-up defense position.
