Alright then. It is an excellent cosplay, I must say. The only critieque would be the skulls on the buttons and the one on the ushanka. The rest is about perfect

Yes, I know that the sculls are wonky on the boyar hat (it's a boyar hat (russ. горлатная шапка - gorlatnaya shapka), not ushanka (ushi = ears, )). My casting skills are non-existent, I had to cut them from foam.

It's just those. The ones on the belt and the chain that holds the cape are good.
So what is the difference? One is taller and the other has ear folds?

This looks cool...The color of the overcoat, is so rich and vibrant. Love the antique brass look they used on the collar and the bracelet...I think it's a bracelet.
I think I could get into cosplay if they had I in my area. I try to make my Halloween costumes, though, they are nothing compared to this or what I saw on "Heroes of Cosplay". The best one I did was a look that someone thought was "Carrie". I wore it to work, and later in the day, I scared a woman in the bathroom and she screamed. lol
