I 'unno. Elebrafe doesn't seem like a skirt and puffy sleeves type of person. Have I even seen her with sleeves? Hmm.

Alas, Ele is out to start a new fad! leg-hole skirts! XD Hey, if there's shorts that looks like skirts, whi not one's that are sitting-friendly? lol!

I like this, even if the outfit seems out of place on her. Probably because I'm so used to her black and punkish look. Oh, and by the way, TauHazard18 wants you to know that the goggles are made up of win. XD

It's not a permanent outfit for her... just a one picture temporary thing because I felt like drawing something steampunky and Deemontai is banned so I couldn't fool with his outfit (he's the most likely candidate for that, methinks). Runonsentence. Yep.
