That's a big question! But I'd say The Colour of Magic (the very first one) if you like wacky D&D parodies; Mort if the question 'what if Death took on an apprentice?' intrigues you; Wyrd Sisters if you're interested in hilarious Macbeth parody from the witches' point of view ; and Guards! Guards! if you always wondered what a noir detective novel would look like with a dragon in it
WS and GG are my personal favourites out of these four (and very high in my list of favourites out of the whole Discworld)
