This painting looks awesome! May I ask which paste did you use? I am working on a project and I wanted to add some texture on paper and I only find structure paste that reminds me of snow. But the other paste was like a gel. Is it similar to your paste?

It is a combination of acrylic modelling paste (fine) and air clay. After drying you can carve or grave it.
There are many different kinds of modelling/strukture paste... best is you make some tests before.

Thanks for your help! So, if I want to make the lizard for example a bit 3D, I can use a bit of the paste and then carve in the texture and everything? I wanted to make some parts a bit 3d because I really love how your worked turned out. I don't really now how you did that, but it would be awesome to achieve sth similar!

the best thing is, you try to make a piece, you have a photograph of, something simple. And try modelling it on the paper (must be something heavy weighted) or canvas. After you are satisfied with the modelling, you can paint the modell.
