Edit: WOW! Thanks for all the Favs.!!!!Here is A Gothc Coaplay Lolita, I also have a Maid one along with this. I use it for all my EGL Tea partys at My local Anime Cons, such as PCC(Phoenix Cactus Comicon), Anizona, and now Saboten. It Has a Collar, a Corset(the string is soooo difficult why did i bother putting that on?!) Arm Cuffs(sp?). I have a picture of the back here [link]
For all of you who have asked and are thinking it, I bought the outfit. Though im still asked this i dont know why
Also! I will be Making another Lolita outfit Soon, so in the next few months be looking out for it!!!! I will put a link up to it.(i have it, but i haven't been able to put it up)

Hello, i know there are some people that may decide to comment on this, that say "this isnt loli", "here are some links to what loli is" and so on. I DONT want to hear it, ive gotten enough of it from other people. And why you insist on "helping" i dont know. But please understand, that when i first got this that i thought this was loli, and i know that its more to the cosplay side somehow. But the matter at hand is that ive heard it all before, and if you want me to snap at you, then i will gladly snap just put up a comment telling me "that its not lolita" or "heres what lolita really is"
So if you have a nice comment like; "oh thats SO CUTE!" go ahead and post it, im glad that others think its cute. But if its like the others i mentioned, dont bother commenting.

And Alden Echo, take no nonsense of people who don't even research japanese fashion archives, keep this labelled as lolita and edit your comments to define it as gothic lolita if you wish, as backed up by japanese schoolgirl inferno.
It is also a wonderful outfit but is only cosplay if it was originally an outfit worn by a manga or anime character specifically. people do tend to wear non character outfits to make themselves more of a character and i wouldnt mind that being defined as cosplay as well after all it is 'costume play' but be more confident in yourself and trust yourself especially when you are right xxxxxx

I really like the dress it's very punk rock style, but like you said in your artists comments it's not lolita. But if you know it's not lolita then why is the title still 'Lolita'? it would be nice if you changed the title that way other people wouldn't assume it's lolita

I like it, actually. But realy, why are you angry at people for giving it to you honestly? I have never written a comment with NO improvement suggestions, and this dress, to be counted as lolita, needs major improvements. It's cute, you know, but it's not lolita. Shiny fabric is a grave mistake in a lolita dress, as is anything see-through and collars in non-fetish lolita. The skirt shape doesn't conform either. A usual loli-dress will be in a bell shape, or have scallopped edges.

I'm sorry, but it isn't. Not saying this dress is ugly, because that's what personal taste is for, but it's definetly not Gothic Lolita. Gothic Lolita is about elegance and this dress isn't. It's way too quirky. (Not saying that this is a bad thing, because, as I said, that's what personal taste is for.)
Just because it isn't Lolita, doesn't mean it's ugly and one should burn it. No, it just means it isn't Lolita.
An example: Cubism isn't photorealism. Does that mean one is inferior? No. It just means they're different.
