- Amiable and Cheerful: Persimmon is a happy soul, he only wants to be every willing soul’s friend. Being so typically happy, Perce is very approachable and easy to get along with, he loves to be social. The little chestnut leopard will always try to be a happy ray of sunshine, he tries his best not to get himself down.

- Adventurous and Thrill-seeking: Perce loves to get a rush, he just wants to have a great time. Loving to experience new things, Perce loves to travel and see whatever he can. Being a Windracer has horribly indulged this side of him, he’s in absolute love with what he does.

- Gullible: One of Perce’s downfalls is his inability to see trickery. He hasn’t really gotten exposure to bad people so he automatically expects others to be kind to him as he would unto them. It’s extremely easy to persuade Perce in most topics and even take advantage of him, he’s really a too kind soul.

- Allocentric: A selfless being by all accounts, Perce would do nearly anything to help others. If someone needs something, Persimmon will do his best to make sure they get it. Being a help to others and seeing their joy is what makes Perce happy and feel fulfilled in life.

- Impulsive: Never good at waiting, Perce prefers to act as fast as possible. He doesn’t often stop and if something gets on his mind, he moves at a breakneck pace to deal with it. This little unicorn doesn’t normally think things through, though he fundamentally typically always means well.

- Loyal: Persimmon loves his family and his herd (his extended family) the absolute most in this world. He would do anything he could to protect them and he strictly stands in their court and will not stray. Friends can surely count on this unicorn to never leave them in the dust, he will try his best, no one gets left behind.

- Energetic: Perce hardly ever seems to tire, full of life and energy this little unicorn always seems to have an excited pep in his step. He is constantly on the move, standing still is not something he specializes in or is remotely good at, he gets fidgety quickly. The chestnut leopard is also typically very alert and can be somewhat excitable as a result.

History:

Persimmon was born to a family of consisting of nomadic planters and gatherers, learning to move quickly in the harsh sandy land of Sedo. He was the youngest out of his siblings, there being two twin fillies that were born a few years before himself. As all children are rejoiced, Perce was no exception, all seemed enthralled with the newest addition to the family. A strong and sturdy little boy. Getting time to gather himself and learn the ins and outs of surviving in his homeland was made much easier on his young soul through his loving parents, siblings, and others in the small band that called it their home.

Not long after young Perce was able to walk, he was thrust into the movement common of his family and their friends, as they move with the changes in weather, from the higher elevations, during the hot summer he had been born in down to lower elevations for increased warmth in the cooler months, a cycle that the young unicorn would get used to. Even from a young age, Perce showed a love and flare for the adventure of seeing new sights common with moving. Always asking questions and full of boundless energy, Perce was quite the handful for his parents and was often left in the care of his older sisters when the need arose. Needless to say, the two had a horrible time keeping the little unicorn colt at bay. He did at times need chiding and discipline to keep him from completely leaving their nomadic group, something he would often attempt. This was a repetitive process until finally as the years passed, and slowly Perce began to slow down through the years as he got older and brighter, though he still loved moving and seeing new things. It’s honestly a wonder the guy made it out of childhood with the way he behaved, but he did and his family was happily able to let out a gentle sigh of relief.

As a young adult, Perce took on the loving and accepting ideals of his herd, he loves where he lives and wouldn’t want to live anywhere else. One day while stopping in Osulas, the young unicorn came across a sight he had never seen before, an equine riding on a board carrying supplies, a windracer. This absolutely intrigued the leopard unicorn and eventually he pressed for more exposure, being gently nudged by his parents to experience the world and see what rank would make him happiest. This exposure and the liberating feeling the rank gave him led to Perce’s declaration of his goal in life to be a Windracer in his Ceremony of Rising Wind. After a celebration that lasted through the night, Persimmon was apprenticed to become a Windracer. With glee and determination, Persimmon struck out with the intention to make something of himself and has indeed done so. Now a fully-fledged Windracer, though still somewhat young, Perce is a determined and patriotic member of his herd throwing himself into running messages and goods, whatever is asked of him, on his route from Osulas to the Port, something he never grows tired of, even with growing tensions and hardships, he’s been trying his best to stay optimistic.

- Perce has picked up parts of sign language over time

- He loves you, he loves Serora, he loves everyone mostly

- Someone should probably save this kid from like...dying tbh
