the cool colors are great and i love the calm expression on her face and her loose hair flowing behind her (i didn't really care for her 'pig tails', to be honest). she also looks better without her baggy clothes, though i would have been happy with a sundress or something. ^^ and adding meruem's tail wrapping around her waist and his hand holding her was definitely a nice touch. 
there needs to be more meruem and komugi fan works in the world! there is way to little! i require more fanfiction, fanart, and cosplay! you hear me, world? hop to it. D:<

more like 40 days (says hunterpedia). meruem didn't live very long.
i'm guessing komugi is in her late teens to early twenties because she said during a gungi game with meruem that she created kokoriko ten years ago. even if she were a prodigy, she would have had to have been at least 5 when she created it, making her earliest age around 15.

Considering shes like 11 this is well yeah. It's very well done though a very beautiful picture but I always hated her eyebrows.

in episode 104 of the 2011 anime, komugi said she created kokoriko 10 years ago, so i highly doubt she's only 11 years old.

Yeh it's never officially stated, but her mannerisms and dialogue suggest shes young. She would most likely be no older than Killua. So a teenager. At most I'm guessing 16.
