Lo de la falda es porque hay un poster en el juego en el cual sale Bendy con un tutu y dice "the dancing demon" o algo asi

"bendy in the dancing demon" si supongo que la falda la sacaron de ahi, pero lo de que es es un demonio y que tiene cola fueron especulaciones de la gente que no presto atención al juego (aunque tu no cometiste el error de la cola inexistente de bendy)

la verdad yo trato a Bendy como las caricaturas de los años 20 y solo por eso lo dibujo porque me encantan los comics en Tumblr en donde sale Bendy con Mickey, Felix y Oswald, lo de la cola pues solo lo puse en el primero que hice (ya que era la primera vez que lo dibujaba) pero después se me hizo muy tonto y ya no lo dibujo así, pero como la gente se lo toma todo tan literal me imagino que se la pusieron
