In the animated world of Nickelodeon, a virus had emerged that makes people shrink and no one knew it.

Every day many animated figures disappeared overnight without any explanation and one day when Brandy McLaren, the actress of the children's cartoon Brandy and Mr. Whiskers, went to the Nickelodeon studios to complain about a script that was not I believed correct.

Everything changed. In this scene, Mr. Whiskers had to lick Brandy's paws to get a massage she ordered.

Brandy: What the hell is going on in your head? Do they want millions of children to develop a fetish just because the director has a foot fetish or what's wrong with them?

Not satisfied with the scandal they created, they decided to kick Brandy out of the series and replace her with another actress.

Hours after being transported and taken to the Miami State Women's Prison, she is locked behind bars. When he is in the cell he notices something strange inside his boots. When he took it off he was surprised to see Bred, but he had shrunk.
