Sorry, I can't handle myself making PPG OCs based on Looney Tunes characters.
Sylvia is a meowsome (yeah, I made a pun) Powerpuff who often does cat things like playing with yarn, getting scared at cucumbers, licking her hands, etc. But otherwise, she mostly behaves like a normal Powerpuff. She also enjoys chasing birds, like Sylvester, but never intends to eat them.
