Thank you everyone. I think I may try a Bilbo again sometime. I'm sure I can give him more detail. I like this version but there are somethings I'd like to change.
As for adding the head. I'm not finding a good way to do that.
If I just add a head it'll look like a floating head. Otherwise I can make a transparent portrait head and bust shot that fills up the background, and then take the Large transparent picture I have out.
I like the image as it is though. When I list this Bilbo for sell I'll have another picture with face details.

Maybe one nice deait/close up shot of his face but not faded- otherwise, nice start! The piece looks wonderful!
