i tried it out , but every time i use stroke path
instead of a line i get three dots all where the anchor points are, whtas going on???

Okay, the first step is to know how to change your brushes. Usually if you have your brush tool selected right click and a new box will appear showing you the assortment of brushes you are currently using. If there are any new brushes you created or added save the whole section and name it something you'll recognize later.
I'm assuming you may have Basic Brushes selected. Well, at the upper right hand corner of the brush box, there should be an arrow, click that and follow the list of options to [b]Reset Brushes[b]. This should hopefully fix your 3 spot problem.

Hmm... I had that problem for awhile before. I remember I did something with the actual paint brush or something and it fixed it. Sometimes it still happens to me and I don't always know what the problem is but I do understand what your problem is. I'll go to Photoshop now and check it out.

Thanks. I tried to make the tutorial as basic as possible. It's just that after a certain point all that's left to do is experiment.
