Very interesting page! I'm quite surprised to learn here that Plague is just part of someone else's story - so Plague was created as a weapon of revenge by this mysterious woman eh? Looking forward to seeing where this is heading.

well, it is "plague"s origin and the original plague was only a supporting character in that story!

Heh, I think we can guess what this mystery characters judgment will be.
Nice to see the origin of Plague, looking forward to see more.

Beautifully rendered, and I like some of the oddities involved in Plague's origin. Β They're decidedly different from the average supervillain of his type.

i think the idea of villains who just chose to be villains because they were born evil or something is wrong...i mean this is boring, because they're only a plot device like this...just look at the thanos origin story marvel is publishing at the moment, it's simply awesome and it's very interesting to learn why he became so powermad!

It's fine once in a while. Β However, there's something to be said for changing things up. Β I think one of the most compelling aspects of the Hal Jordan story was the fact that, for a time he was an outright villain not because he was a villain, but because too much got asked and he went nucking futs. Β The whole saga had more oomph not because he always was a villain, but because you could actually make some sense of his villainy.

that's the key to good villainy! and it kinda works the other way around for heroes aswell!

*chuckles* Yeah, definitely something I tried to play up on my own time, at least with Sam in particular.
