Description
Again, this one started as a scribble until I saw something and went on with it. For some reasons I keep seeing horror stuff of some sorts, which gives the "Experiments" series a new meaning. Looks like this stuff comes out of some kind of mad scientist's lab. heehehI don't know whether I should add the "violence warning" to this one, but I don't think it's that disturbing, it's more like a nightmare. Anyway, if any of you think I should let me know and I'll do it.

Weirdly enough, the most unsettling bit for me is the missing fingernail. Looking at it makes me shudder. Awesome painting!

I personally feel that the picture should have a warning in front of it. While it's a great picture in terms of skill and look, it's obviously dark and scary and kids to pre-teens should be warned before they look at something they either shouldn't look at, or don't want to look at.
If I were ten years old or so, I wouldn't want to run into a picture like this or some others you got without knowing. It's not violent, but mature still.

Fantastic and inspiring. I love the darker art myself and am naturally drawn to the horror genre...which is odd since I work in the romance industry...lol. Anyway, I think this piece is wonderful!

The more I look at this photo, the more I love it.
I love the clenched fist, the expression on the "experiment" and the pulling skin I think is the best part.
I don't think it needs a violence warning. DA is pretty forgiving, I only ever mark mine with the nudity warning.

hmm...technical experimentation, liberation, spontaneity. There's no planning, no sketching. I just make a new white document and start scribbling till I see something and I follow it. Sometimes I have a generic idea, but nothing more than that.
It's really refreshing for me.

I love the combination of sideshow freak with mechanoid that I get from this...it's possibly...
....or perhaps a human being flayed and absorbed by a machine....disturbing...but with great allegorical power......creates delightful shivers!!
