i really love this ship, ichiruki you know from Bleach anime/manga series. and this screen is from Bleach Movie 2.the text on the pic. means "don't go". i tried to write it japanese in hiragana alphabet. i am sorry, i don't know kanji, however i am not sure this hiragana spelling is true :S
don't go means "ikenai de" in japanese by the way.

Actually it must say 行かないで "iKAnai de" that is, literaly Don't go.

Actually, it's i-KA-nai (行かない). When conjugating U-verbs (行く, for this phrase) into the casual negative, you go up to the top level of that row of hiragana -- in this case "Ka, Ki, Ku, Ke, Ko". The "de" is perfect otherwise since it's part of "de kudasai".

You spelled it correctly. And I'm fairly certain that no one will care if you don't use kanji... for simple expressions like this one, it's often preferred that you didn't.
