It looks disgustingly realistic right down to the teeth. THE TEETH.... I fail at realistic teeth. Probably even referenced.
The dark creepiness of this is just.. |D ...eeugh. lol. Awesome washed out.. saturated color choices.

Brutal! I really love the hands and the mouth. Especially the mouth. The teeth are so great, how you can see tiny little imperfections like a chip or two. So much love.
