I played a character he calls Arthur Not, he is the head of a criminal faction that traffics robotic parts and artificial organs, (which in my world are very expensive, since it takes place in the future) he suffers from a degenerative disease in his bones and some organs, after many years with this genetic disease he had to exchange his organs and head for a cyborg body, so the only part of him that has human skin is his head, in my art he is sleeping, in addition to being in a medical check up
