anyway, the pic got a cool atmosphere, although i don't know if i'm right, but the sky is blue and grey, i guess u made it in some kind of a program eg. photoshop.
The building is cool.
But i don't like hdr shots, they lack, nice colors. I would suggest you working more on the atmosphere
