28 Gorgona

Ciertamente hacer cosas atemorizantes no es mi fuerte pero el tema de hoy es la Gorgona, quien después de ser una hermosa mujer fue transformada en un monstruo, en lo personal prefiero pensar que fue una forma en que Atenea sutilmente se burlo de Zeus otorgando a su seguidora una forma de defenderse de aquellos que quería abusar de ella y quitando esa belleza que en su momento fue su maldición.

Tuvo tiempos oscuros y al final ella se interno en un lugar recóndito donde de igual forma fue acechada, sus ojos convirtieron a los hombres en piedra pero la soledad era pesada.

De igual forma prefiero pensar que su muerte en realidad fue el modo en que pudo descansar y el que pudiera convertirse en el escudo de la diosa a quien tanto idolatro fue su verdadero premio por perseverar ante la adversidad y recordar su fe.

28 Gorgon

Certainly doing scary things is not my strong suit but today's topic is the Gorgon, who after being a beautiful woman was transformed into a monster, personally I prefer to think that it was a way that Athena subtly mocked Zeus by granting her Follower, a way to defend herself from those who wanted to abuse her and removing the beauty that at the time was her curse.

She had dark times and in the end she went into a remote place where she was also stalked, her eyes turned men to stone but loneliness was burdersome.

In the same way, I prefer to think that her death was actually the way she was able to rest and that she could become the shield of the goddess whom she idolized so much was her true reward for persevering in the face of adversity and remembering her faith.
