You did a great a job, especially with all the little details, almost like there was an actual Salarian in front of you and you just drew what you saw. Keep up the good work!

Looks nice! The eyes are a little lopsided in size, especially when taking into account the slight angle of the face, but the coloring and shading look pretty dang good! I like it!

Oh, thanks! It's my first work with aliens and I have a little problem with anatomy, but I will try correct errors)

what would you recommend me?

Well, for this specific picture, it almost looks like the two half of the face are on different planes of perspective. The left eye is much smaller than the right and much lower, despite the fact that the angle of the face should have them be about equal size. The mouth looks a little lopsided, and the two things on top (I have know idea what they're called, curse you Mass Effect aliens and your mildly baffling physiology!) look to be one a different angle from the rest of the picture. If you cover up either half of his face, the half you can see looks fine, but together there's this disconnect about them that just looks... off? I'm not good at explaining things, I'm sorry. :/

If you did this all digital, then usually in most digital programs there's an option somewhere to flip the canvas. flipping the canvas is actually a great way to see your anatomical and perspective errors, as it provides a fresh perspective to work with. When you've been working with the same perspective for a while, your brain doesn't notice the errors as easily. Then you can figure out how it looks best and adjust accordingly, routinely flipping a few times to make sure it all looks good. Which program do you use, by the way (Gimp, Photoshop, Paint Tool Sai, etc?)

For your first shot at aliens, though, it's pretty dang good! I don't think i'd have been able to do something like this when I first started out drawing aliens (not that I've done a plethora of alien drawings in my time, but I've drawn enough to know that they're a pain in the butt to do well)! The shading is really nice, too. You've got a good grasp on light sources, much better than I do.
