So much feeling - so much emotion - was flowing through Ed's body, that when Al had held him tightly, he had completely broken down. Choked sobs and wails escaped Ed's throat and into Al's chest.

Al felt tears stinging his own eyes as he heard Ed's sobs. It truely broke his heart to see Ed cry, and Al felt so helpless; He felt like there was nothing he could do to stop the tears...and everything was his own fault.

Ed's sobs had quieted down into small hiccups. He felt content and embarrased since he had shattered in his brother's arms. He felt so weak, so fragile, he didn't think he could do anything at the moment.
