Vision:
This is a funny Christmas card, beautifully drawn that does not lack cuteness and positivity.
Originality:
The topic is not quite rare. It is usual that at Christmas you see a wintry landscape, snow-covered trees, snowmen and presents.
But I have also stated something fascinating: the jagged border around the post card.
Technique:
The card is drawn in a simply manner, what not means bad. There is some cuteness, fun as the snowman is leaning to one side and his stoney teeth smile. For the cuteness cares the little bird sitting on one of its branch-arm. It is also lovable how the snowman is dressed with a scarf, a bonnet, a glove and on the other side its rose hip (I guess it is rose hip) fingers.
Impact:
The picture shows a place of solemnity. Sparkling glimmer at the sky (stars and moon) giving hope and comfort. And there is a present, even for the lone snowman who has no guest except the bird on its branch.
Overall this is a nice drawn card. Keep up that great work.

Your card is so beautiful and detailed! I really like how you separated the snow from the sky by varying your strokes, and how meticulously you drew the details of the snowman 
For your presentation, I suggest using a plain and solid color background, as the patterns and grooves on the ground can distract viewers from your piece, even if its color complements some of the elements in your card.
