Update: I did it as an adopt, but later I realized that she would be perfect for my graduate work at the University, so I will develop she myself ^^
She has a small backstory:
In her teens, this brave, naughty and curious Queen swam too far from a safe place, where she was attacked by a sea monster. They managed to save her, but her tail and health were very badly damaged. To keep the Queen alive, they made her an unusual tail: inside it magic goldfish that keep her alive and give her magic powers. The Queen can only use magic to move, if she uses magic to attack, she can't swim for a while.
