Luan Loud made a deal with Bill. The deal was, that Bill's allowed to harm her family and anyone who steps foot on the Loud's property -- as Luan -- to get revenge on them on April 1st, while she doesn't have to deal with the guilt of harming them. But as one April 1st is finished, she starts to lose herself a tiny bit. Slowly but surely.
