This might be ok as a transformation, but I'm afraid as a 'default' look for a Grimer, it's a bit too much. It still needs to be recognizable as a Grimer, other than just being blobby. Try to think about Grimer's silhouette and how you can make that more shapely without making it look like a completely different Pokemon. Kudos for using a Grimer though!

I think you're onto a good thing. One suggestion I have would be to make the 'ponytails' a lot smaller and closer to her body, so they could just be gobs of goo that extend from the back of her head.
Perhaps make her body type slight thicker (without losing the obvious hourglass figure) to preserve the look of a grimer.
The ponytails are the main thing that's distracting from the design, I think. If you want, I could do a quick sketch of some possible solutions?

While it doesn't look like your character, here's what I had in mind. A slightly thicker body shape lends to more grimer-like proportions, and keeping the goo ponytail closer to the head makes it look like it's a stylised run-off rather than a separate appendage.
