Description
Since I have multiple favorite pokemon, and on the second day of this challenge, I have to draw a pokemon as a pure ghost type. I decided to do Eevee. So here's Ghosteon! This is how to evolve Eevee into a Ghosteon. Eevee must level up in battle, then faint during the battle. Once it's over, Eevee will evolve!
