I haven't really done many pictures of Lilly X. Which is a shame. So here she is in all of her Demonic Glory.She has a Communicator strapped to her other arm, because that is standard issue in the Slayer's Academy. I've found it difficult to dress her with her black and purple hair. But I believe this outfit works well.
The background pattern is my creation. I'll upload a copy soon, so anyone who wants can use it.

Your character, at first glance, looks mysterious underlined by her colored her and magic light. I would guess that she is confident and maybe a bit arrogant on the one hand from the more triangular face and her smile and on the other hand from her relaxed pose.
The clothing style suggests a universe with a magical society that has its own style. The bright shirt framed by the dark trouser and hair gives the image a lively look. The high collar, communicator, and belt give it a uniform like a look suggesting at least a bigger institution which the character is a member of. The shirt's design is lovely and follows the body's contours nices. The trouser for me seems to flat, missing folds at the knees or where the trouser meets the ground.
The anatomy looks very natural, and the split ear fits right in. The shading in the round areas as the left arm and legs for me seems a bit too hard, even for cell shading. Through this especially the arm looks flat. A smoother look could be archived through lightly blurring the inner shadow edge. Additionally, the light reflex on the hair seems a bit too high. Considering that the fire is between her neck and chest hight wise, I would have expected light reflexes on the side or lower curves of her hair.
All in all the character is nicely introduced, and the image transmits her personality nicely with many little details.

Lilly has an unusual psychology. She's half human, half demon, and it makes her come off as a bit predatory. People often mistake her as arrogant, but really, she's just unapologetic herself 100% of the time and tends to be very blunt/honest. This can be off-putting but you never have to wonder where she is coming from.
She's probably wearing a dress uniform from the Academy (a school for humans that specializes in training human to kill demons, among other things). Members are able to modify their uniforms to fit their personal fighting style. Half-bloods are taboo in her world, and since demons would be able to seance what her heritage, she decided to take her chances with humans. Living with the humans means that she has access to their technology, always a plus. That being said, she can't openly use her magic as that would be likely to get her killed. So when she is able to able to use it, she gets a bit showy.
Hmm, those are fair points. the pants are a bit flat and the shading could be indeed be smother and there could be more folds around her knees. I appreciate you bringing these things to my attention. I have gone back and made a few small edits in regards to the lighting and shading, and will keep the knee folds in mind for future works. I have been trying to develop a minimalist approach to shading to be used on possible web-comics. But that technique is only good so long as it looks right.

She is a half blood demon. Her mum was a human Mistologist and her dad was a very powerful pure blood by the name of XiaDock. Because she's a half blood, magic doesn't really come easy to her. But that doesn't stop Lilly from showing off! XD
