Second go at 'Terragen'
Again to spice it up a bit i added some small photoshop made stuff like the distant building, the statue from withered-stock and some boats painted.

Great. really love this...if i dont look too close.
Looks like a real photo that you just added the mountains to...but then i look at the clouds and they're all triangles. Theyve got shadows but no depth, ynow?
Dont like the unoformity of the crows though, different sizes but the same thing doesnt work. ANd you can see the pixels in the straight lines of the mountain they're circling. Dont like the sizes of the small birds either. they're really big compared to where they are.
Dont like the border. It makes the mountains on the right look like they just keep going when they dont.
The place in the distance that the castle is sitting may work of you thought it was an island just sitting there, but not even then. Because the reflection of the mountain is lighter than it in front of it. And the castle has no reflection.
Im pointing out all the mistakes, but i still like this as a whole. Could compliment you on the hand and the foreground of th picture, but you know they're great, and ive taken up enough space as it is.

wow. stunning job. I am really liking this one. I think the clouds are awesomely done and the girl looks so great in the corner of the mountains. That's my fav part of this. Those little boats were a good idea, cause they actually show how big she is compare to them. The textures are great amd the water is beautifully done as well. But I'm not so into those straight mountains. They don look so real, cause there is no uneven elevations on their surfaces. But other than that I'm enjoying it. Keep working on your new skills. Go you.

The tall pointed mountains look a little too fake. I love the girls ocming out the mountain tho, she really looks as if she's made of stone. I like that idea. good job.

Time to get some enemies... Your work usually is stunning, very good... This image has ideas but I get feeling youΒ΄re trying to mix too many things together. I understand this is your second go with terragen and it is easily seen. One thing I like about this is those small boats (I think you have used them before at least in some of your work) and female. Female is very well done but rest seems like you donΒ΄t know what you want to create. I know youΒ΄re very talented and admired artist but this is my opinion and I hope you find something to evaluate in it.

some pixellation on the diagonals of the upright pointy conical rock thingies, especially against the sky. I don't remember if terragen has distance blur and ambient light effects, but if so those may help. Terragen does water better than Bryce, unless you get really good with Bryce, I've seen a few really good water effects but they're rare. But Bryce does better plants and landscapes. Or then there's Maya
