Description This was modeled in Silo and Blender, starting with the default male basemesh provide in Silo. It has an edge split modifier set to 21 degrees (similar to smoothing groups in other programs) and has 3512 tris (this was not designed for real-time optimization, though).

The rigging was done in Blender, and it was rendered with Cycles.

Low Poly is what i figured out this to be and found alot of models for this look. im now learning Cinema 4D, how to rig them and animate them. its a bit frustrating but otherwise very rewarding

As for the style, I suppose it's just a simplified representation of the planes of the body. You can see a similar thing in this face sculpture:
