I really like how it came out!

The arms-behind-back design ensures that patients can't move their arms completely because they are attached to the lockable belt at the back and further secured by upper arm restraints. It also makes most patients to feel more vulnerable than if their arms were bound in front of them, so they are more likely to follow the instructions from staff.
Since the jacket is designed to be worn for prolonged periods of time, it has a front ventilation opening to allow air circulation.
Two side straps go from each side of the belt to the posture collar to make sure that the belt won't slide up or down. All this creates a body harness which not only ensures total security, but also makes the jacket to fit perfectly over the body so to allow patients remain attractive and good-looking even in their situation.

The gag is a slightly changed version of the device I found on DA and decided to use it in my idea because of the unusual multi-strap design and good adjustment capabilities.

The patients are wearing platform shoes instead of heels for safety reasons - if someone steps on someone's foot with a heel be in intentionally or unintentionally, it can lead to a serious injury. But, like heels, they considerably limit movement capability when combined with ankle restraints.

All restraints are lockable because I thought about the possibility when a patient manages to free herself and then she frees the other patients and they overcome staff members with sheer numbers. In our case even if someone decides to free a patient, she won't be able to do it without the keys and obtaining the keys to many straitjackets at the same time is almost impossible. And I also feel that visible keyholes emphasize the helplessness of the girls, the inescapability of the restraints and their dependency to the person who has the keys.

Once again, this is a truly beautiful artwork! I just love expressions of the girls and how they try to free themselves.
