These two are awesome!
Also, was I the only one who found it hilarious how Tolkien always wrote out Legolas's girly screaming?

What kind of paper did you use for this?

I really don't know, all I can say is hit any craft stores that you haven't yet for this kind of paper.
Also what this Pixlr App? I want to try to do more with marker and experiment with doing pictures on paper like this, and I really like the background on this picture so if I can't find the type of paper that you're looking for, then I might try the same thing that you did to manipulate this picture's background.

Hi, MountainDragon!
No worries! If you're looking into buying art paper, I recommend PLAZA Art Store, if you have one near you. Also, Amazon is always good for these things! Michaels tends to have more basic supplies, because everyone knows that printer paper is the best drawing paper...
There's an app that I downloaded a while ago onto my phone that allows me to edit pictures effectively and make them look... well, not like I just took a photo of a drawing instead of scanning it. Only about five deviations in my gallery are actually scanned in. I often use the "Pixlr" free online photo editor to quickly sharpen photos or crop them, and when I found out that there was an app, I was thrilled. The app allows users to brighten, sharpen, crop, and add filters to photos, among dozens of other things. If you've seen my drawing of "Baby Toothless" from three thousand years ago (why is that still in my gallery?!?), I used the "Focal" tool in the app to get that effect.
I love the app, and I'd recommend it to anyone! The app is free on the App Store... just type in "Pixlr" and it should come up first. The official title is "Autodesk Pixlr -- photo editor". The Pixlr company has released other apps, which I haven't tried, so if you do download one of those, I'd love to hear your thoughts on them!
Hope that's helpful! (By the way... I LOVE YOUR WORK!)

"How about besides a friend?"
"aye I can do that."
