Looks a lot like Howard's style, especially the eyes. But perhaps you should consider that both Judy and Nick are based off this basis he calls the "gumdrop shape". It's almost a perfect half circle. Watch these two videos if you want to learn more (and if you haven't seen them already):

Nick Wilde and the Tenth Doctor share characteristics that many, if not most of the other Doctors do not exhibit or exhibit to a lesser extent.
