The plane is tripping me up.
Is it a reflection of a plane from behind the point of view of the camera, reflected on the sea?
The harbor, paradoxically is easier to explain: the view is from the inside of a huge space station, meaning that the "sky" is actually just more ground (or, well, in this case sea), just on an opposite side.

Nah i think the plane is legit the plane, like not a reflection but the plane itself, and the truck is just waaay way higher in the sky.
