I love this little guy he was so co-operative to make and the green pearl Sculpey is one of my favourites especially when it's varnished.I quite like the yellow D20 too!

This is a fabulous colour--understated, but striking and very pleasing to the eye. What kind of varnish do you use and how do you use it? How much would you say your varnish affected or changed the green pearl Sculpey?

I can't remember the exact name of the varnish (I'm visiting family at present and don't have it with me) but it's a water based polyurethane. I just coat the dragon all over using a soft paintbrush that doesn't shed its bristles everywhere.
As for effecting the colour... In this case, not much although it did bring out a more shimmery, metallic appearance
