Description
This is a project from school where I were supposed to capture a feeling (happiness, serenity, harmony, anger, fear etc) in a single animation. The idea was to make an illustration and later animate it in photoshop. It's also supposed to be some sounds to this but hey, you get the picture (pun intended).I kinda like how it turned out even though I was frustrated from start to finish because nothing wanted to work like I wanted it to work. Damn you, technicalities!
The initial idea was a godlike human or humanoid deity being so angry that he actually starts to glow internally from heat, fuelled by anger and hate (but somehow in my mind this is a fantasy-setting farmer who just lost his entire family in some raid and now I can't get this so-pissed-off-he-becomes-a-godlike-entity idea out of my head.)
Not the best animation, I can admit, but It's one of my first and I've been trying out some new stuff in this one so I'm feeling good about it.

Well its actually very detailed isn't it, I especially like the glow on his nose. It loops very well.

I like the basic illustration but the animation-part is a bit sloppy. I focused so much on the flames and trying to match different layers to loop seamlessly that the reflection-animations on the skin suffered instead. All and all I like it Might even make it my new DA avatar with a few tweaks.
