umm adobe photoshop Cs3 its pretty simple once you get used to it.

haha yeah im really used to cs3 + my layout and most of my friends use cs4 and tell me its better but i dont care i love my cs3 haha

well i think cs3 is better then cs2 and cs4 use cs3

i can send you all the brushes and actions etc that i use if you need them

Just used drawn on top of her eyes with normal round brush and made it bit bigger hehe
