We know only one most wanted by many nations thing - this bullshit bloody nation will die. Very soon. Either by Yellowstone, or by NK, or by PRC, or RF. Too many enemies it has got. I am not including such countries, as IRI, or IRT or by many more.

hmm not sure why or if you understand how many vets would not think kindly of that image, but many around the world feel were not good folks. But that's ok as we step back our military no longer welcome, we leave a vacuum others come to fill it. Makes one wonder, do they feel the same about us now that were gone? The worlds catching fire so much death and destruction, people use to care now we just watch and do nothing.

The mixing of visual metaphors is, of course, nifty--the Iwo Jima picture and the American Flag. But it's the alteration of those metaphors that's so cool. Turning the flag into a bar code--a bar code printed, it seems, in blood. Turning the American Flag, for which those Marines fought (supposedly), into the Jolly Roger. On a technical level, I love how the organic curves of the Iwo Jima sillhouette contrast with the straight horizontal lines of the flag. Does the bar code have any significance? Finally, I like the way the bar code seems lit from behind with the most powerful light source in the center. It makes the picture "pop" more.
I'm a word guy more than a picture guy . . . I'm not so sure I'd use that tagline, "We dream of ways to break these iron bars." That's more clichΓ©. They aren't iron bars--they're bars of blood (that's why they're red). So if you said "We dream of ways to break these bars of blood," that would be better. Not great, but better. I think even better is "Fighting to Defend the Stars and Stripes of Blood" or something. But why do you need a tagline?

I don't think I have enough skills to write you a critique 
It conveys the message in a straightforward and yet meaningful, deep, multi-sided way.
The main graphic idea is simply perfect, and so is the use of contrasting colors which also have a well-recognised meaning (red and black = blood and death). Turning what has been a triumphal picture depicting victory into a subtly violent one adds even more quality to this concept.
The only tiny thing that doesn't appal to my taste is the use of the pirate "brand", as I see pirates as opponents to the established powers and so a positive, though violent, force. But I can see what you meant and you also made me reflect on how much pirates actually were dangerous and violent and a menace for peace.
Let's hope our dreams come true. Kudos to you.
