So here we have a picture of the two local Seven Swords officers in Vatti's town. Who are the Seven Swords? The Swords are an organization of magical law enforcement. Their job is to help keep magic a secret and enforce magical law in the Overworld. On the Right we have Mitchel a dedicated and hard working officer, and on the left his partner Celia. Their district is tragically underfunded with the two of them being the only officers in the district. Naturally Mitch is rather over worked and tends not to sleep much, if it weren't for Celia he probably would have worked himself to death by now.
