Oh I love this design! Very M. C. Escher-esque, one of my favourite artists. I especially love how each of the Tribunal is rendered in a different style. Absolutely beautiful!

Awesome! I like how you got the pattern happening. Looks like it would have been pretty hard to do. It’d make a great texture for Morrowind somewhere in the game. Like a domed roof or something. I don’t suppose you’d grant permission for some future Morrowind plug-in of mine? You can just say no of course.
