1.Windows never can get that folder view.
2.The texts look very smooth,but if we zoom in by any photo viewer,we can see they don't have colors border around them,but Windows use those borders to make smooth looking for texts .That leads me to think : ClearType is not enabled.So this could be : you adding texts by Photoshop or you crop them from a Mac's shot.
3.Left navi pane.Windows itself doesn't support two difference colors for parent-folders and part-folders.Also the space between the icons and the left border.

Something on this shot can be done by modding theme but all useless,like tittlebar's text (Henry) and all the things on statusbar.
