I've already gave this out to geo as it is included on a pack I found on stash. It appears, if you upload blend files at once in stash, you get a pack.

I couldn't find the original sky BG for the TTV logo, so I just used the corporate sky BG, changed the colours, and added an orange gradient at the bottom.
