Here's my Oc Noiz again! I tried different things with this piece and experimented a bit more with other program to add in the effects of the pixelated bits.
It's been a while since I posted something, since I haven't been doing well with health, I made this a while back in August but I'll be posting it since I previously planned to but was unable to, I hope you like it~
