UPDATE: Sold.

And now for my Derpy custom!

This one was kinda put away for a while too. The toy bait I used for her was the Rainbow Dash I bought over 2 years ago. I customized that Dash but I removed the hair and tail and redid the sculpts but her head cracked from the heat the second time I baked her so I cut a big hole in her head and filled it up with Apoxie sculpt and just left it there for a while planning to make it into a Derpy one day. She was put away for about a year until I recently got back into customs. I simply sculpted her mane and tail, baked her with them on, removed them and repainted her body and eyes and gave her a cutie mark, and then simply glued the mane and tail on and sealed the whole thing.

The paint job and sealing is a tad bit sloppy but I’m a lot better at it than I used to be so I’m proud of how she turned out.

Just like Big Macintosh, I may sell this one at Trotcon too and have even thought of putting it in the charity auction or maybe having a raffle drawing with her but that would only be doable if I had some way to announce the winner like if I was at a panel or something. We’ll see in the end…
