Inspired by CLOWNS...
( i hate clowns )Ok...actually i wanna draw another clowny one...wakaka..this one doesnt really give me that feelin..
Anyway..
It brings out a very 80's style...due to the broad sleeves...and i added some of the "Alexio Style" of the skirty part, to make it Flow..
Besides that, an additional Hat to complete the garment..

i've always thought clowns are kinda freakish since i was a lil kid...just freakish...haha...too colourful...but this design is really good considering u create something that u dislike haha...i can never do that myself w00t
the broad sleeve adds volume to the whole outfit! well done!
