This one is really intriguing.Love the concept where it seems to be an inversion of reality where aquatic animals live in the surface and there are versions of terrestrial animals living in water. Maybe something in the atmosphere changed and it became possible for sea animals to live in the surface or maybe an alternate world where evolution take a different path specially for surface animals.
I love how you adapted the surface animales to look like they are fit to live under the water. Also the colours are on point.
I have just noticed that there are axolotls in the aquatic enviroment maybe i would have to think deeper about it. But now i believe more i the different evolution path version.
