I was like singing and then this loaded and I just - stopped and stared in amazement. then I wrote this comment. then I favourited it (ever said that outloud?) and then I looked at it again.

This is GORGEOUS. Between the references to NYC and the black and white composition, the effect on the viewer is both futuristic and nostalgic at the same time.
I like how you put the Empire State Building in there behind a window frame, so it's less "HEY LOOK" and more, "Hey, isn't that...?"
Also I find myself staring at all the tiny individual lights and wondering how you did this without going nuts.

In a perfect world this would be the view from my living room.
I have spent hours staring through this window at the city beyond. How I wish I could be there... And when I admire this piece long enough I feel almost as though I am in the room with the two observers gazing upon this majestic sight.
Let me add that I detest art museums and am not usually one to enjoy staring at pictures pondering this and that... but something about this composition is just so alluring.
