Hello!

Would you be interested in joining my friend and I in trying to make a video game? We're taking on sound, music, programming and game design, but we're both shit at art and really need someone to bring a strong artistic vision to the game. We're currently making a 2d platformer than we plan to release on Kongregate and Newgrounds, etc. Since we wouldn't be aiming to make any profit off of this game we wouldn't be able to pay you, but if we do happen to make some money (I think Kongregate has competitions with cash prizes every week) we would share any of that kind of money with you.

The game is about two ghosts exploring a castle, trying to figure out who they were when they were alive. The gameplay revolves around a 'double jump' mechanic, where whenever the two ghosts are together, one of them can double jump--but when he does, the other ghost falls straight to the ground. When they are separated, the two ghosts have different abilities that allow them to solve puzzles and such.

Right now we are working on the game with placeholder art, so in a few weeks we would be able to show you a short demo. For now, though, if you want more information/are interested in joining us, our email is fourthfloorgames@gmail.com.
